The best months to get married in Jamaica are in July, August and December because the weather is always perfect in those months. Avoid the months of June and November because those are the hurricane months. Avoid also the months of February, March and April because they are the school. vacation months and children would take over the resorts.

Of course there are documents required for you to get married on foreign soil. You can be married in less than 24 hours after your arrival, provided prior application was made for a marriage licence.
